great stay but check-in could improve

The grand deluxe double room was spacious and well-appointed, creating a comfortable environment for my family. We especially loved the city view from our room, it was stunning!

The check-in process was rather slow.

We had an amazing time soaking in the warm water at the pool and enjoying the fun slide with the kids. The place is super family-friendly, with plenty of options to relax, making it perfect for a getaway. Just a heads up, the elevators were a bit slow during checkout, which made for a little extra stress but didn't ruin our stay! 😊

The location is absolutely perfect for shopping and exploring! Just a short walk to bustling markets and major malls like Platinum and MBK made our stay super convenient. Plus, the spacious room with a big balcony offered stunning city views where we enjoyed our morning coffees!

My stay at Centre Point Plus Hotel Pratunam was fantastic! The location is unbeatable, just minutes away from Platinum Mall and street food vendors. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, especially Nina, who arranged our tours. Plus, the fitness center with a sauna was a nice touch!

One of the bedside lamps wasn’t working properly, and while I mentioned it to the staff, it wasn't fixed during my stay. Overall, I'd recommend it for its great location and friendly service, but there's room for improvement in some areas.

The Grand Deluxe 3 Pax room was really spacious—plenty of room for our luggage and all the shopping we did! It had a nice big fridge, microwave, and even a little dining area to eat in. The balcony was perfect for chilling out. loved having a warm bidet in the bathroom too! Everything was clean and looked like the photos. The only downside was a bit of mold in the toilet area.

The breakfast buffet featured traditional Irish pancakes, a delightful highlight amidst a few service inconveniences.

It was just a perfect match for a flash visit in Bangkok with real value for money. The huge rooms were a pleasant surprise, and the location was great for exploring Pratunam. Make sure to check out the nearby massage places for a relaxing break after a day of sightseeing.
